These are original ECC83 RFT 12AX7 audio tubes, in original boxes.
During 80s and 90s when West European tube plants were closed, many Telefunken, Siemens, Philips, Valvo and other brands were actually RFT tubes. You can find them also branded like premium, long life types E83CC and ECC803S.
