ECF80 / 6BL8 Philips made by Mullard, Blackburn. Ring getter, pentode ribbed plate one side hole + two side slots, triode smooth plate with two side holes.
I tested just few of these tubes, but they are actually pullouts from new receiver modules sealed in cellophane. Possible very close matching thanks to big number of same tube construction and identical codes.
