One of the first mono block amplifiers I’ve made back in 1996 …
Classic Williamson with 2 X 6SN7GT and 2 X EL34 (triode connected), this simply amplifier works really fine, with sweet and light sound, lovely midranges and deep bass. Later, I modified it, to use ECC 40 phase splitter and 807 (also triode straped) like output tubes.
At the end, my expectations that ECC40 is really great double triode for audio applications are confirmed
